A Tele-Health visit is now available for remote access to physician care when you need it!
Let us know if you have a fever, sore throat, or respiratory symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath, or if you were exposed to COVID-19.
For your safety, we have separate, designated treatment areas for COVID-19 patients at each location. COVID-19 and related testing are available at Emerson Urgent Care upon calling our office.
Just choose the time you'd like to come in, and we'll do our best to honor your request.
Please note: You will be receiving a confirmation for your request via a text message to the cell phone number you provide in this form.
When you arrive:
1) for testing only - park in any non-coned parking space
2) for urgent care visit - park in one of the coned (#1-6) parking spaces
and call the front desk to let us know you are here.
With the uncertainty of the number of patients arriving, we apoligize for any inconvinence with answering your call. We appreciate your patience and persistence so we can care for you.
Please bring a valid photo ID and any insurance cards. For your safety, you will be asked to verify your information by phone prior to entering the center.
Your Insurance will be billed as a specialist office visit, and not an urgent care office visit. This may change how your insurance pays for your care. Insurance coverage can vary depending on your plan, please consult your insurance plan details for any out-of-pocket costs which might apply, a referral may be necessary.
But first, please make sure you don't
need to call 911.
