At the Sparrow Urgent Care Charlotte, you can skip the wait. Just choose the time you'd like to come in, and we'll hold your spot. For the safety of our patients and caregivers, a Sparrow approved mask will be required during your entire visit. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided to you.  But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
