Telehealth (Virtual Visit)
A Telehealth visit —lets our Urgent Care Provider care for you without an in-person office visit. Therefore, no testing will be done during this visit. If you need to have any testing done, you must select a different visit type. Telehealth is primarily done with a health care provider through a phone call or video chat. Our team will try to call you at your scheduled visit time. There is no need to come to the Urgent Care Clinic.

You will receive a confirmation text message or email if your visit is scheduled.

In-person Visits

WALK-INS ARE WELCOME WITHOUT CHECKING IN ONLINE

For walk-ins, upon checking-in, you will be informed of the approximate time the provider will be able to see you. You are welcome to wait in the waiting room or you may leave and return at the time you were given. Please understand that this is not an appointment. This is just an estimated wait time to minimize your wait in the lobby.
Checking in online for your visit simply allows you to enter our "Virtual Waiting Room" so you can wait in the comfort of your home or car and provides you with an approximate time our provider will be able to see you.

When arriving back at the clinic, please check in with our registration staff.

Due to the high volume, Urgent Care will typically reach capacity before our closing time.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the Emergency Department.

All online visits will become available at the start of each day.

If you need to be seen for Urgent Care needs, please walk-in or visit our other facility.
