We offer virtual visits so you can see the same Marque Provider from the comfort of home. Insurance accepted. No insurance/self-pay is $129.

COVID-19 TESTING
COVID-19 tests require an order from one of our medical providers. To get an order, please schedule a virtual visit or come to the clinic during COVID testing hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM and Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM - 3 PM) for an evaluation.

TESTING FOR TRAVEL and SURGERY
For travel, please fill out a questionnaire and proceed to the clinic. For surgery, please proceed directly to the clinic.

COVID-19 VACCINE
