Please bring a valid photo ID and any insurance cards. For your safety, you will be asked to verify your information at the front desk prior to being seen by our providers.

Your Insurance will be billed as a specialist office visit, and not an urgent care office visit. This may change how your insurance pays for your care. Insurance coverage can vary depending on your plan, please consult your insurance plan details for any out-of-pocket costs which might apply, a referral may be necessary.

Tele-Health Visits are also available for remote access to urgent care when you need it!

 But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
