If you are inquiring about a COVID-19 diagnostic swab test, one of our Marque Medical Providers has to order it for you. You can request a COVID-19 diagnostic test by booking a Marque Virtual Doctor Visit or by alerting the clinic that you are experiencing symptoms prior to checking-in. Once the Provider has ordered the test, you will be directed on next steps according to our testing safety protocols.

COVID-19 Testing Patients Please Read:

Testing supplies are sent to us by outside labs. At this time we are only able to offer testing to patients with COVID symptoms, first responders and healthcare workers.

Due to the sudden increase in testing, many labs have been unable to fulfill their orders and it has caused shipping delays. We are doing everything possible to secure supplies for our patients. If for any reason we cannot provide testing to you due to supply issues, we will reschedule you when we receive supplies. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our medical team is working around the clock and we want to be here to support our patients now more than ever.

Antibody Testing Patients Please Read:

COVID-19 antibody tests are not billed to insurance and are for patients that currently don't have COVID-19 symptoms and/or had a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result within the recent past. If you feel symptomatic or wanting a diagnostic swab, please schedule a Marque Virtual Visit or alert the clinic that you are experiencing symptoms prior to checking-in.
