Welcome to the online check-in for AFC Urgent Care - Roanoke.

To facilitate treatment of other non-corona virus illness or injury, please provide your information below and we’ll reserve your place in line. Our clinic is “First come, First Served” but with reserving online, you will not be called back ahead of walk-in patients once you arrive to the clinic. This is not considered an appointment, although the system will have you pick a specific time to arrive. This is specifically for our clinic to be able to keep all patient arrival times in order and ensure everyone is seen with shortest wait time possible. You may still have a short wait in the lobby when you arrive.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS WITH MEDICAID.

We are unable to do the following:

• Treat children under the age of 2

• RSV and Covid vaccinations

• RSV testing

• Travel Vaccinations

• Immigration Physicals

• Audiograph testing
