UPMC Children’s Express Care accepts most major insurance policies. I understand that if I am a self-paying customer, I will pay a minimum of $115 which is due at the time of service.

I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late I will lose my spot in line.

I plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to my spot to reduce time in the waiting room
