Welcome to online check-in for Mizzou Quick Care on Conley Road, located within the Hy-Vee grocery store located within the Broadway Market Place near Highway 63.

Adult and pediatric patients may have two visitors with them in their single patient rooms during visiting hours, and one visitor at any time, 24/7.

This clinic see patients 2 years of age and up.

Please provide your information below, and we’ll reserve your place in line, allowing you to wait at home – or wherever is convenient – until your appointment time. For your convenience, you will receive updates via text message once you’re in the queue.

IN CLINIC VISITS (Mask are required)

Upon arrival at the clinic, please check in at the kiosk outside our door. If you reserved a spot on-line and prefer to remain in your vehicle until your room is ready, call us to let us know that you have arrived.

We will need identification, proof of insurance and will collect a co-pay as required by insurance. If you do not have insurance or proof of insurance, we will collect the full fee at the time of registration.

VIDEO VISITS

At this time, we are not conducting video visits. We apologize for the inconvenience.

LATE POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment as scheduled, please call our clinic or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 6 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.

 But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
