Elliot Urgent Care Centers accept most major insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring a valid photo ID and any insurance cards (if applicable). For your safety, you will be asked to verify your information at the facility prior to admittance. Those with health insurance are expected to pay their co-pay at the time of their service. Should you have questions about your co-pay, please contact your insurance company. For those without health insurance, a deposit of $150.00 should be anticipated at the time of service.
