Drive-through COVID-19 testing is avaiable from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. The Urgent Care remains open for in-clinic visits between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Patients who meet criteria for testing can still be tested during this time but will be at the discretion of your provider.
IMPORTANT TESTING INFORMATION:
COVID-19 test results typically take 24-72 hours to return, but due to recent significant increases in testing - results are taking up to 5 days or longer.
1. Testing is currently offered to patients who in the last 48 hours experienced ONE of the following symptoms:
Cough
Fever over 100 degrees Fahrenheit
Shortness of breath
Loss of taste and/or smell
Diarrhea (3 or more episodes over 24 hours)
Discolored fingers/toes
OR 2 or more of the following symptoms:
runny nose
sore throat
nasal congestion
new muscle aches or soreness
OR for patients who have had a known high-risk exposure in the past 5 to 7 days.
High risk exposure is defined as close contact (<6 feet) for ≥ 15 minutes to a laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19.
We are able to offer rapid testing to patients who need it to return to school or work, or for travel requirements as supply allows.
2. Patients will be asked to complete a history form, will have their vital signs taken, and will be evaluated by a provider. Most testing can be completed without you exiting your vehicle, but if a provider determines you need more assessment or care, we may help you schedule an in-person visit for a more comprehensive assessment. No pets are allowed in vehicles during testing.
3. All COVID-19 test results are delivered through the Trinity Health MyChart patient portal. Patients will need to sign up for MyChart to get their results. Due to the overwhelming number of COVID-19 positive cases, we are unable to call every patient with a positive test result. Patients under the age of 18 and over the age of 60, and those without MyChart, who receive a positive test result will receive a phone call, but we encourage patients between 18 and 59 to check MyChart frequently for your test result and instructions.
Select a reason for your visit:
Select “Urgent Care” if you would like to come into the urgent care facility for your visit – you can still be tested for COVID-19/Flu/strep if needed. This is for patients that need assessment or treatment that can’t be done in your vehicle.
Select “Drive-thru Test (COVID, FLU, STREP)” if you would like to be tested via Drive-thru for COVID-19, Flu, or Strep– All patients will see a provider who will help determine the most appropriate testing for you.
But first, please make sure you don't
need to call 911.
