Please note, if you have had Prolonged (over 15 minutes) Exposure to a person that has tested positive for COVID AND you have symptoms, please book a telemedicine visit to reduce exposure to other patients. Our provider will meet with you virtually and schedule a time to come to our office to get swabbed for your COVID test.

Be advised that  this is a visit reservation only. These reservation times are estimates only and that other patients may be seen ahead of you based on their medical needs. For your convenience, we will send you updates and reminder text messages about your upcoming visit.

If you have a true medical emergency, call 911.  or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. AFC Urgent Care is not to be used for any life threatening, debilitating, or emergent medical conditions.

Online Check-In is not an appointment. It is an estimated time that you will be seen once your registration has been completed. Patients who have checked in before you or after you and have a critical condition may be evaluated sooner than you are.

 But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
