Masks will be required for anyone experiencing a fever or respiratory symptoms.

We provide COVID-19 antigen and PCR testing to be used for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of our patients. We are not a COVID-19 testing center.

If you are experiencing chest pain, severe shortness of breath or symptoms of a stroke, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days - We are unable to see any patient within the ten-day isolation period after testing positive for COVID. If you require any treatment within 10 days, you should contact your primary care provider or go to the emergency room.

 But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
