Please note that this service is not recommended for everyone.

If your injury or illness is life-threatening, please do not schedule a visit online. Come to our emergency department in Mauston as soon as possible or call 911.

If you have severe symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, sore throat, or a recent loss of taste and/or smell, etc.) are encouraged to schedule a clinic appointment to see a provider.

COVID-19 Testing:

Individuals with minor to moderate symptoms, as well as those with no symptoms can receive a swab-only test. Swab-only COVID-19 testing is billed as an outpatient lab appointment. Find your test results in your Mile Bluff Portal within 24 hours after your test, often sooner.

Testing is available at Mile Bluff's East Clinic (1040 Division Street, Mauston):

Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

To save your spot, please select a reason for your visit below and provide us with the name, date of birth, and phone number for the person requiring care. If more than one person in your family needs to be seen, you can add people to the reservation. Please limit your reservations to 2 patients per appointment time.

Anyone interested in a swab-only COVID-19 testing is encouraged to reserve a spot.

To do this, enter your contact information below, and select a reason for your visit that best describes your situation. You can add additional patients if you need to, but please limit it to one additional patient. After reviewing the information of when to call 911, click "Confirm me!"

As we respond to COVID-19, we ask that you do not bring well children or adults with you to your appointment.

For your convenience, once you have reserved your time for Swab-Only COVID-19 testing, you will receive updates and reminder text messages about your upcoming visit. If there are circumstances that impact your reserved time, we will notify you via text.
