Urgent Care vs Emergency Room

Our Urgent Care Team works to see you quickly, whether you walk in or save your spot online. Saving your spot adds you to our patient list but does not guarantee a specific time. Patients are seen based on the severity of symptoms.

Please bring your insurance card, photo identification, and any copayment(s) due at the time of service.

Please note: Minor patients must be accompanied by a biological parent/legal guardian with a valid photo ID. Legal guardians must present legal documentation upon arrival.

If you're not present when called, you may lose your spot and need to rejoin the line.

Virtual Visits- Schedule a virtual visit Monday-Friday for minor concerns like UTIs, pink eye, or cold symptoms, from the comfort of your home. Patients must be located in Indiana. If an in-person follow-up is needed, you'll only be charged for that visit.

We do NOT see patients under 3 months of age.

 But first, please make sure you don't need to call 911.
