By providing your information below, we'll place you in line for a virtual (video telehealth) Urgent Care visit.
A member of our team may contact you via phone to register you in the Overlake system or confirm the information in your MyChart account.
Those with a virtual Urgent Care visit will be seen as close to their reserved time as possible. Occasionally, it may become necessary to delay a visit if another patient is experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury. You will receive updates via text message regarding any delays.
Please note, this is a video visit. It is at the healthcare provider's discretion if it may become necessary for you to be seen in-person at an Urgent Care clinic for further diagnosis and treatment.
If you are seeking testing for COVID-19 for asymptomatic exposure or travel, your initial visit will be conducted virtually. If COVID-19 testing is recommended, you will receive follow-up instructions.
